This document has been prepared in order to meet the information obligation resulting from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and repeal Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (Journal of Laws EU L119 of May 4, 2016).
§ 1. Personal data administrator
In accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /WE) BLACK IN sp. z o.o. informs that it processes personal data and is their Administrator pursuant to art. 6 section 1 GDPR. Natural persons whose personal data is processed by BLACK IN sp. z o.o. have the right to access their data and request their correction, supplementation, rectification, transfer, forgetting or limiting processing, and have the right to object to their processing. § 2. Personal data
Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name and surname, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic characteristics , cultural or social.
§ 3. Rights related to data processing
Each owner of personal data has the right to request from BLACK IN sp. z o.o. access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, transfer or limitation of processing or the right to object to their processing. The scope of processed personal data results from applicable law and the data is processed on the basis of art. 6 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
BLACK IN sp. z o.o. also informs about the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Body, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, in the event of finding that the processing of such data is contrary to applicable national and European law. § 4. Scope of data processing
Fulfilling the information obligation towards the owners of personal data with whom we contact via ICT, we inform you that your e-mail address or telephone number is processed in our company for communication purposes, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The data was collected on the basis of voluntary consent, by voluntarily providing your data by a potential contractor. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. Failure to grant consent or its withdrawal will result in the lack of contact and the Administrator’s inability to prepare an offer.

Your personal data are processed in our company for purposes related to business cooperation or delivery/purchase of goods and services and are processed within the scope of the concluded business contract, performance of obligations under the law (tax purposes, accounting, pursuing claims) pursuant to art.6 section 1 of the GDPR. Providing data for cooperation is necessary to complete the purchase or service and to issue an invoice, and failure to provide them prevents the execution of a specific economic event.
c). employees
Your personal data is processed in our company for employment-related purposes and is processed within the scope of the concluded contract and other additional contracts pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. b) GDPR. In the scope of fulfilling the obligations arising from the law (tax purposes, accounting, retirement provision, health and safety, training, working time settlement, social) the data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c).
Providing data for employment is a statutory requirement and failure to provide them prevents employment.
§ 5. Source of acquisition givenPersonal data has been obtained from various sources, i.e.:
directly from you, which we consider as consent by performing a specific activity or signing consent to ICT contact from public websites (categories: ordinary data, e-mail address, telephone number, name or name and surname, address)
§ 6. Time of personal data processing
The data will be processed until an objection to their processing or a request for their removal is received, unless the law obliges BLACK IN sp. z o.o. for further processing of this data or their processing is necessary for other reasons permitted by law.
§ 7. Transfer of data to third parties
The recipients of your personal data are specified in the law and they are also companies operating IT systems.
The above-mentioned data is not made available to anyone without the consent of the data subject, unless the disclosure is required to settle the matter in the legitimate interest of the Administrator, e.g. in the field of technical handling of correspondence, the data is made available to the Polish Post, couriers, suppliers, hosting services, telecommunications operators , companies operating IT systems.
